- When trekking in winter, it is critical to dress in multiple layers as conditions can vary significantly throughout the day.
- Lightweight, packable down jacket

Additional Items to Consider
- Cash in small denominations. ATMs and credit cards are not widely accepted in rural areas.
- Pack some sealable plastic bags to organize and waterproof items.
- Bring copies of important documents like passport, visa, etc. Keep originals separate.
Medications Although Kathmandu is a modern city where you can find virtually anything you need, it
can be helpful to bring a handful of basic medications for your team, especially if you are traveling outside the city.
